Terms of Service

1. The service

Project Y is a software-as-a-service translation management platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of every translation key, value, and asset you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to translate or distribute unlawful content; don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan caps, or our access controls; don't probe our public API for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure programme.

4. Plans, payment, and refunds

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the billing period.

5. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms with notice. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then deleted.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Project Y is incorporated.
